Banana Pudding Tarts

from 1998 Holiday Foods Program

 2 small bananas, sliced
10 mini graham cracker tart shells
1 carton (8 oz) sour cream
1 cup milk
1 (3.4 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix

Garnishes: banana slices, whipped cream, maraschino cherries with stems

Place 5 to 6 banana slices in each tart shell; set aside. Combine sour cream and milk in mixing bowl; mix well. Add pudding mix, and beat at medium speed for one minute or until thickened. Spoon over bananas in tart shells. Garnish. Makes 10 tarts.
